The very first Basketbowl was created for a collaboration dinner with Reigning Champ and Anna Lena restaurant back in September of 2019. Odd One Out was tasked with creating bespoke pieces for the dinner and we were inspired to make a serving vessel from a deflated RC basketball

A year later the NBA hired us to make a limited edition Basketbowl for their 75th anniversary. After that we felt there was real potential in making our own version that anyone could enjoy at home.

The Basketbowl was our first product and has inspired a lot of what we make and how we approach an Odd One Out design.
