Shipping policy



  • The shipping prices that are shown during checkout are the rates calculated based on your location.  We don't have a lot of control over them and we regularly try to negotiate better pricing for shipping to pass on to our customers.
  • It's not possible to change your shipping address after you have submitted your order on our website. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.
  • If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until ODD ONE OUT has taken physical possession of the goods.
  • Business/Working Days: We can dispatch orders on working days only and orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on either Monday or Tuesday.
  • ODD ONE OUT is not responsible for goods lost in transit or not delivered once the shipper has taken possession.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate and secure shipping address during checkout.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package or opting for a secure delivery location to prevent theft or loss.

 

Shipping Policy (International Orders Outside U.S. & Canada)

This Shipping Policy explains our practices for orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States and Canada. By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

 


 

 

1. Final Sale

 


All international shipments (outside the U.S. and Canada) are final sale. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.

 


 

 

2. Transfer of Responsibility

 


Our responsibility for your order ends when we deliver the package to the shipping carrier. At that point:

 

  • Ownership and risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery once the carrier takes possession.

  • Any claims for issues in transit must be made directly with the carrier.

 

 


 

 

3. No Warranty or Service

 


Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not covered by any warranty or service. We do not provide:

 

  • Repairs, replacements, or technical support.

  • Compensation for shipping-related damage or loss.

  • Reimbursement for shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees.

 

 


 

 

4. Customs & Duties

 


The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. We do not calculate, collect, or reimburse these charges.

 


 

 

5. No Liability

 


We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from:

 

  • Delays, damage, or loss during shipping.

  • Additional expenses related to customs, taxes, or storage.

  • Inability to deliver due to local import restrictions.
