Refund policy

 

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

All other products fall under the following returns policy:

ODD ONE OUT offers you to exchange or return your product for a refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of receipt of your online order.

  • Before returning your items(s), you must contact us by email at orders@oddoneoutdesign.ca to notify us of your intent to return your items(s), and the reason for which you are requesting the refund. We must first confirm receipt of your notification and provide you with the return address prior to your return of the product.
  • If a product is returned without prior notification, the refund will not be issued. In that event, the purchaser may request that the items be shipped back to them at their cost.
  • The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping. Returns must have a tracking number and shipping purchase receipt provided to orders@oddoneoutdesign.ca, and we do not assume any responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit during the return process.The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • In case of refund, the original amount paid for the returned ODD ONE OUT product(s) will be refunded, when we have received the product(s) 
  • Upon receipt of the returned product to ODD ONE OUT, if the product is deemed defective by manufacturer fault, the entirety of product cost, including shipping to and from the purchaser, will be reimbursed.
  • If the returned goods are not in the same condition and quantity as delivered by ODD ONE OUT, an amount equivalent of the diminished value of the product will be deducted from the payment to be refunded.
  • Refunds are done in the original payment method.

 

International Sales Policy (Outside of U.S. & Canada)

This International Sales Policy applies to all purchases made from Odd One Out that are shipped to destinations outside of the United States and Canada. By completing a purchase for delivery outside of these regions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in full:

 

 

 

1. Final Sale

 


All international sales (outside the U.S. and Canada) are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.

 

 

 

2. Transfer of Risk

 


Our responsibility for your order ends at the moment we hand the package to the shipping carrier. Once the order has been transferred to the shipper:

 

  • Title and risk of loss pass immediately to the customer.

  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage that occurs in transit.

  • Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

 

 

 

 

3. No Warranty or Service Coverage

 


Products sold outside of the U.S. and Canada are not covered by any warranty, guarantee, or after-sale service. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Product defects, breakage, or failure.

  • Technical support, servicing, or replacement parts.

  • Coverage for shipping damage or costs related to return shipping.

 

 

 

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

 


The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. We do not cover, reimburse, or manage these costs.

 

 

 

5. Acknowledgment of Risk

 


By purchasing products for delivery outside the U.S. and Canada, you explicitly acknowledge and accept:

 

  • All associated risks of international shipping.

  • That Odd One Out has no liability beyond delivering the goods to the shipper.

  • That your purchase is entirely at your own risk and cannot be refunded, replaced, or serviced under any circumstances.

 

 

 

 

6. Governing Law

 


This policy is governed by the laws of [Province/State, Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Province/State].

  • No liability after hand-off to the carrier.
